This 28-400 Plastic Cap is a well-rounded general purpose closure for a variety of applications.  The closure features a PE foam liner for enhanced sealing.  The liner is compatible with a wide variety of product formulations and is odor and taste-resistant.

The closure features rib sides for easier application and removal of the closure from the container neck.
